All vendors requesting space in the Trading Post area must have product themes that are related to the outdoors.
We reserve the right to reject any vendor whose display does not directly have a wildlife theme (hunting, fishing, etc.), or is not in good taste.
No flea market-type goods will be allowed. First-time applicants must submit pictures of their display to determine suitability.
Please make every effort to reserve your space ahead of time. All applications will be received between June 30th and August 15th. Consideration will be given to returning vendors, otherwise, space will be assigned on a first-application-received, first-reserved basis.
Receipts will be mailed promptly after the application is received. Unless other arrangements are made, we will hold your assigned space until 9 am Saturday morning.
Spaces are approximately 10′ x 20′ (the size of a typical parking space), so please plan accordingly with your vehicles and extra trailers.
Please bring along the receipt that you will receive via mail to aid in finding your numbered space(s), and also to serve as your gate pass.
If you require any special considerations, please let us know so we can accommodate you.
